The World is Just a Book Away partnered with Ridwan Sururi's horse library (Kuda Pustaka) in 2017 and, in just 3 years, The WIJABA library has served nearly 3,000 children at 10 remote schools in Central Java, Indonesia. In this rural, tropical region, children do not have access to libraries, making a visit from the horse library hugely beneficial to the community. Children excitedly await the arrival of Luna, the horse used to carry books to the children, who visits schools 3 times a week.
